As I mentioned a few posts ago, I'll be back in Greece this summer (June 28-July 18) and in Amsterdam July 19-23. If you're a blogger, reader, or just love fashion and want to meet, send me an e-mail at antoniaschindle@gmail.com, I'd love to meet all you fashionistas overseas!
This also being my first time in Amsterdam, I'm not sure where to visit (bars, clubs, restaurants, shopping, museums, etc.) so leave me a comment or send me an e-mail of places I shouldn't miss. I hear Amsterdam is great for vintage - send me some shopping tips!
Oh, and while on the topic of the Netherlands, I've been featured on the dutch website Girlscene! Read the article here (if you speak/read Dutch).
I bought this pretty blue tunic in celebration of this beautiful spring day! I'll probably wear it mostly as a cover-up at the beach this summer. I can't wait to start adding more to my spring/summer wardrobe - I saw an adorable hot pink dress and a few cute floral ones today which I hope to purchase this week (I get my first paycheck from my new job tomorrow)!
Oh P.S: everyone meet my handsome boyfriend/personal photographer/best friend, Clay!
I'm wearing Le Château tunic, Forever21 denim shorts, Le Château gladiator wedges, Le Château bead necklace. On him: H&M checkered shirt, Dickies pants, vintage belt/belt buckle, Aldo shoes.
Even though it doesn't quite feel like summer yet here in Manitoba (the sporadic snow flurries aren't helping), the cool weather has allowed me a little extra time to prepare my summer wardrobe. A few things I still need to add to my collection: a hot pink party dress, new heels, a full white skirt, a cute swimsuit, and anything floral.
I've always loved DVF's floral headdresses and I think I want to attempt to DIY one. Between work and school, hopefully I'll have time! Anyways, I'm off to go for a jog so I don't look completely heinous in a swimsuit this summer!Above (clockwise from right): Shay Todd bikini, Topshop Unique heels, DVF Spring 2009 RTW, Notte by Marchesa silk ruffle dress, H&M Divided Exclusive skirt.
I designed and made this jacket in my CAD pattern class. I had about 2 days to put it together so I think it looks pretty cute considering! I'm still gathering some prizes for my 100+ follower give-a-way! Now that I have a JOB (as of today..yay me! I am now a contributing member of society!) I'll be able to afford some goodies to give away as well as a SUMMER WARDROBE.
