STUDY BREAK

Taking a much needed study break right now. Working 20-30 hours a week and a maaaaaajor exam, huge lab assignment, presentation, and sketches due on Tuesday, I am completely overwhelmed! Not to mention my communications assignments (which I'm already over a week behind on) and graphic design project also due this week! Please bear with me as I suffer get through this week! I'll try and make some fun posts this weekend - I'm in the process of re-doing my closet and it's looking great (need about 40 more pant/skirt hangers though...). Annnnd, on the brightside I just got a slick new laptop ( = more posting, webcam pics, videos maybe?!). Anyways, back to studying (siiigggghhh), have a good week everyone! x Nia

FLOWERS & FUR

Been busybusybusy with school (same old story) but have still been finding time to treat myself (shop). I picked up this cute floral headband from Forever21 when me and Clay went down to Minneapolis; I love headbands, hats, and headpieces, and am on the hunt for more beautiful headwear!

FALLING LEAVES

The great thing about living in Manitoba is having four distinct seasons...which calls for four distinct wardrobes! This time of the year is beautiful, the leaves are painted with emerald, gold, and crimson, and the air is cold and crisp. Snow is merely a few weeks away, but I'm going to enjoy autumn as much as I can before it's too cold and wet to wear these new fabulous boots!

A HIATUS & HAT

So apparently school starts and I go on an unofficial 3 week hiatus...sorry for the major lack of updates! Between a full course load, part-time job, and a design competition, I've sadly put my blog on the backburner. After making it out of the first few (stressful) weeks of school alive, I treated myself to this beautiful cocktail hat, isn't it fabulous!?
I will try to post more when my crazy/hectic/intense schedule allows me to do so. In the meantime, thank you for being the most fabulous/beautiful/inspirational/patient readers on the planet!
