I've been trying to plan a shopping and lunch date with Raez of Cheap Thrills since I got home from Europe, and after much scheduling and rescheduling, we finally hooked up! After discovering our original shopping destination, Ruby Slipper Vintage Shoppe, was closed (for no apparent reason), we decided to head over to the nearest Value Village to see what we could find!
Raez found some awesome florals and the most amazing cobalt blue blazer. Fabfabfab. We then headed over to Starbucks for some delish smoothies and chocochip banana cake!
After our treats we had an impromptu photoshoot in the parking lot. Glam? Whatevs, we made it work! Raez wore a Gap vest, random tank Aldo bag, vintage Levi shorts, and thrifted shoes. Isn't she amazinggorgeoussupercool?!

Bought this amazing shirtdress at an H&M in Amsterdam. Totally Christopher Kane Resort 2010, no?
He used images of nuclear test explosions from the fifties to the seventies to create the bold prints and was attracted to the bright chemical colors. Sinister but beautiful, as he said. I love the juxtaposition of the toxic mushroom cloud print against a pretty babydoll dress.

Here are a few things I've purchased recently that I am absolutely in love with!
Left to Right: 1) Sometimes it's deadly working at a clothing store; we got these FIERCE peep toe ankle boots in today and I had to have them the second I saw them *so in love*. 2) Although I'm not usually one for strappy heels, these black beauties had to come home with me - they're surprisingly comfortable and super easy to walk in! 3) And lastly, an "old" favorite (got these fab chunky Aldo heels in March for an absolute steal at $20.00 at the Aldo Liquidation in Montreal). I know you all love them as much as I do ;)!
